🥩 Refund & Returns Policy

At Texan Butchery, we take great pride in providing our customers with the freshest, highest-quality meat and exceptional service. Because our products are perishable, we have specific policies in place to ensure both customer satisfaction and compliance with food safety regulations.

1. Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of fresh, frozen, or perishable items once they have been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest health and safety standards.

If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item or incorrect order.

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

  • Your order did not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe (excluding delays beyond our control).

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Submit clear photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Products that have been partially consumed or improperly stored.

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Orders where delivery was attempted but no one was available to receive the package.

  • Special orders or bulk custom cuts, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been prepared or dispatched. Once your order is in processing or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the goods.
